  1. Assemblyman Steinorth Adjourns in Memory of San Bernardino Terror Attack Victims

Sacramento, CA – Today Assemblyman Marc Steinorth and Assembly Member Cheryl Brown adjourned the California State Assembly in memory of the fourteen victims of the terrorist attack in San Bernardino on December 2, 2015.

“Each and every one of these people…were members of our community,” said Steinorth. “Last week, the community held a powerful ceremony where we all came together to show our resilience, to show how we will not allow this to bring us down.”

Legislators were provided with memorial lapel pins reading “SB Strong” to wear throughout the day. Brown also offered her condolences and emphasized the importance of remembering the victims in our daily lives as time moves on.

The ceremony concluded with a reading of the fourteen names of the victims of the attack, as well as a moment of silence.

Assemblyman Steinorth represents the 40th Assembly District which includes Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, Highland, Loma Linda, and Redlands.
