Highland City Council Unanimously Endorses Marc Steinorth for Assembly

Press Release

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA – Longtime small business owner and Inland Empire Assemblyman, Marc Steinorth has earned a unanimous endorsement from the members of the Highland City Council. The members of the council supporting Steinorth in his campaign for re-election include: Mayor Larry McCallon, Mayor Pro Tem Penny Lilburn, and Councilmembers Sam Racadio, Jody Scott and John Timmer.

“We could not ask for a more effective voice for our community”, said Mayor McCallon. “Marc has proven he can rise above the fray and be a team player that’s committed to solving real problems. I am proud to endorse his campaign.”

Prior to his election in the State Assembly, Steinorth served as a Rancho Cucamonga City Councilmember while also managing the small business he founded nearly twenty years ago. As a taxpayer advocate and small business owner, Steinorth has dedicated both his life and career to the economic stability of the Inland Empire, and as an Assemblyman, he has provided a unique blend of experience and work ethic to public service.

“Marc understands the unique challenges we face in the Inland Empire. He is one of the hardest working elected officials I know, and is a true asset for our region,” said Mayor Pro Tem Lilburn. “The middle class families and small businesses of Highland have an advocate in Marc, which is something we have needed for a long time.”

Marc, his wife Maria and their two children live in Rancho Cucamonga. He represents the communities of Redlands, Highland, Rancho Cucamonga, Loma Linda and San Bernardino including the unincorporated areas of Mentone, Lytle Creek, Devore and portions of Phelan.
