Rancho Cucamonga, CA — Small business owner and Assemblyman, Marc Steinorth has earned the endorsement of the San Bernardino Police Officers Association (SBPOA).

Founded in 1953, SBPOA as an organization has been advocating for the officers of San Bernardino for nearly seventy years. By ensuring its members as well as their families have the resources and benefits needed to do their jobs to the best of their ability, they are directly enhancing the level of public safety in their community.

“We are supporting Marc because the safety and success of our officers as well as our residents has always been his top priority,” said SBPOA President Steve Desrochers. “He is a husband, father of two, and longtime member of this community, and we trust that he will always be fighting for the safety of our neighborhoods.”

While serving in the Assembly, Marc has focused much of his time on addressing the negative effects of Proposition 47. His commitment to working across party lines has permitted him to introduce a number of bills that are focused on increasing public safety and protecting the region’s children.

Before he was elected to the State Assembly, Marc served on the Rancho Cucamonga City Council, where he worked to improve safety services and ensured the city was operating in a fiscally responsible manor.

In addition to his commitment to public safety, Marc has promoted polices that reduce the tax burden on working families, promote affordable home ownership and improve California’s public education system.

Marc Steinorth is seeking reelection to the 40th Assembly district, which includes the communities of Highland, Loma Linda, Rancho Cucamonga, Redlands, San Bernardino and the unincorporated areas of Mentone, Devore, Lytle Creek and portions of Phelan. Marc and his wife, Maria and their two children live in Rancho Cucamonga.
