Senator Mike Morrell Endorses Assemblyman Marc Steinorth for Re-Election

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA — Local small business owner and Assemblyman Marc Steinorth has received the endorsement of California State Senator Mike Morrell.

Before Morrell was elected to the State Senate in 2014, he served as the Assemblyman for the district Steinorth now represents. As both a small business owner and elected official, Morrell has focused much of his efforts on improving California’s business climate, expanding the economy, and creating jobs.

“Assemblyman Marc Steinorth has made it his number one priority to get California’s economy back on track,” stated Morrell. “Ever since he was elected in 2014, Marc has consistently advocated for commonsense policies that benefit hardworking middle class families and business owners throughout the state. Marc’s commitment to his constituents and his many years of experience creating jobs and promoting economic opportunity makes him the best fit for the job.”

Prior to serving in the State Assembly, Marc was elected to serve on the Rancho Cucamonga City Council. Additionally, Marc has been the owner and operator of Atlas Buying Group, Inc. for almost two decades—providing services for small businesses throughout the country. As the founder of a successful small business and former City Council Member, Marc has extensive experience navigating California’s complex set of laws and regulations and using that knowledge to promote a more business-friendly environment both in the Inland Empire and across the state. As an Assemblyman, Marc has also focused much of his time on increasing the availability of and Californians access to affordable housing.

When asked about his endorsement, Marc replied, “Mike Morrell is a hardworking and respected leader here in the Inland Empire. I am honored to receive his support and I look forward to continuing our work to create jobs and grow California’s economy.”

Marc and his wife, Maria and their two children live in Rancho Cucamonga. He represents the communities of Redlands, Highland, Rancho Cucamonga, Loma Linda and San Bernardino including unincorporated areas of Mentone, Lytle Creek, Devore and portions of Phelan.
