  1. California Association of Highway Patrolmen Endorse Marc Steinorth for Assembly

Rancho Cucamonga, CA — Small business owner and Assemblyman, Marc Steinorth has received the endorsement of the California Association of Highway Patrolmen (CAHP).

Originally formed by county traffic officers nearly 100 years ago, the organization continues to work with the purpose of improving the professional and economic status of its members, now consisting of more than 14,000 officers.

“Marc has a long history of working with officers in his community, and his level of commitment to public safety has not changed at the state level,” said CAHP President Doug Villars. “He is passionate about keeping our officers and the residents he represents safe, and we look forward to working with him on this common goal.”

Before being elected to the Assembly in 2014, Steinorth served the community of Rancho Cucamonga as a City Councilman. During this time, he also helped to shape local policies as a member of the Consolidated Fire Agencies (ConFire) Committee.

Although Steinorth is known for his knowledge on economic issues and proven track record on job creation, his passion for the community and commitment to pubic safety can be demonstrated by the organizations supporting his reelection campaign.

In addition to the CAHP, Steinorth has received the endorsement of organizations such as: Rancho Cucamonga Firefighters Association, the Redlands Police Officers Association, Cal Fire Local 2881, the California Professional Firefighters, California Correctional Peace Officers Association, and the Los Angeles Police Protective League.

Marc Steinorth is seeking reelection to the 40th Assembly district, which includes the communities of Highland, Loma Linda, Rancho Cucamonga, Redlands, San Bernardino and the unincorporated areas of Mentone, Devore, Lytle Creek and portions of Phelan. Marc and his wife, Maria and their two children live in Rancho Cucamonga.
