Small business owner and Assemblyman Marc Steinorth announced that he received the endorsement of the California Narcotic Officers’ Association in his campaign to represent San Bernardino County’s 2nd District.

“The California Narcotic Officer’s Association takes endorsements very seriously. We only seek to endorse outstanding candidates who are committed to the fair treatment of our citizens who are the true victims of the drugs that plague our society. Marc Steinorth’s legal knowledge, diverse experience, and dedication to the legal community and the community at large, makes him an outstanding candidate for San Bernardino County Supervisor for the 2nd District,” said Executive Director Joe Stewart.

During his tenure in the State Assembly, Steinorth has been tough on crime and a strong supporter of law enforcement. Steinorth authored legislation to increase punishments for sex offenders, keep guns out of the hands of felons, and keep dangerous criminals behind bars.

“I’m so grateful to have the endorsement of the California Narcotic Officers’ Association,” said Steinorth. “It’s time that our leaders put the rights of victims before criminals and stand behind our law enforcement as they do a very tough job. I’m committed to working with our law enforcement officers to combat crime and keep our neighborhoods safe.”

San Bernardino County’s 2nd District includes the cities of Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Upland, and the unincorporated communities of Devore, Lytle Creek, San Antonio Heights, Mt. Baldy and the Rim of the World mountain communities. Steinorth is a small business owner and father of two children, Madison and Mason.
